Is in full swing with the first 100 bags made up and distributed to some of our charities. It’s all been made possible thanks to a real community effort with beautiful hand sewn bags courtesy of the WI and Wilmslow Methodist Church Craft and Chatter sewing bees plus new make-up and wash bags from our supporters.
Each has been packed with treats, many donated by our friends at Amelia Knight and Eyeko. Our aim is to reach out to as many of our schools and youth charities as we can so their kids can celebrate their Mum’s come Sunday 27th March. Living in poverty as 9/30 children in every class do is hard enough without further indignities. Thanks to everyone who is involved making Operation Mother’s Day a reality. 💙
